Practical questions
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you and on what brings you here. Many people notice a difference in the first few sessions. For deeper work on stress, it's often somewhere between 8 and 12 sessions. We review how things are going together, regularly.
Are sessions reimbursed?
Not by the French national health system (Sécurité sociale). Some French top-up health insurers ("mutuelles") cover part of the cost of sophrology or hypnosis sessions, so check with yours.
